Rock of Truth Church is established as a faith-based ministry grounded in spiritual teaching, metaphysical understanding, and the recognition of truth as the foundation of life.

The church operates as a voluntary religious body for the purpose of:

• Teaching truth 
• Building understanding 
• Supporting spiritual and practical development 
• Establishing and guiding ministry work 

All authority within this ministry is ecclesiastical in nature and exercised in alignment with its spiritual mission.

The purpose of Rock of Truth Church is to:

• Teach metaphysical understanding of scripture 
• Develop clarity of perception and awareness 
• Provide structured education in lawful operation and rights 
• Build a community grounded in truth, discipline, and growth 
• Support individuals in becoming living expressions of the temple of God 

This ministry exists to serve both spiritual and practical understanding.

Rock of Truth Church is:

• A teaching ministry 
• A voluntary fellowship 
• A non-commercial religious body 

Participation is voluntary and based on shared interest in learning, growth, and community.

The church does not operate as a public commercial enterprise and does not offer professional legal, financial, or medical services.

The church is led by:

Minister Joseph Anthony

The minister is responsible for:

• Delivering teachings 
• Guiding the direction of the ministry 
• Maintaining doctrinal integrity 
• Overseeing operations and development 

Additional ministers, volunteers, or assistants may be recognized as the ministry grows.

Rock of Truth Church provides regular gatherings including:

• Sunday Service — Metaphysical teaching and spiritual instruction 
• Rock of Truth Radio (Thursday Service) — Teaching in both spiritual and lawful understanding 
• Fellowship Sessions — Open discussion and community engagement 

All services are conducted in a structured and respectful environment.

There is no formal membership requirement.

Individuals may:

• Attend services 
• Participate in fellowship 
• Engage in learning and community activities 

Participation is based on voluntary alignment with the mission and purpose of the church.

All participants are expected to:

• Act respectfully toward others 
• Maintain order during teachings and discussions 
• Avoid disruption or interference with the learning environment 

The church reserves the right to maintain order within all gatherings.

All teachings provided by Rock of Truth Church are:

• Ecclesiastical and educational in nature 
• Intended for spiritual growth and understanding 
• Not to be interpreted as professional advice 

Individuals are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

The church encourages:

• Personal growth 
• Community contribution 
• Volunteer involvement 
• Development of future ministries 

As the ministry grows, structured programs may be introduced for those seeking deeper study or leadership.

This Constitution and Bylaws may be updated as the ministry develops.

All updates will remain consistent with the foundational purpose and mission of Rock of Truth Church.

Rock of Truth Church teaches that:
